Directions:
From Cambridge, take the A10 towards Ely to Stretham Round-about, turn Left to Wilburton, follow road through Wilburton, past church on left, up hill passed landscape scenery on left, follow road round to your right passed water tower, follow through to cross road, turn right, follow road down hill and up the next hill for about half mile to T junction, CAUTION, FAST ROAD, turn left, go to rounder-about, Straight over, follow road up hill and down the other side, over the tidal water to next river, STOP, turn right to park.

Carefully walk across the road to the other side, this stretch is from Mepal to Sutton Gault, to fish this side you can park that side if you prefer, but parking space is limited, fishing this side is popular, opposite the bushes, again in some area’s the bank can be steep, so be careful when wet. This side is sign posted.

Species:
Roach, Rudd, Chub, Bream, Tench, Perch, Pike, Zander.

Predators:
Many large Pike have been caught in this stretch of water, Some Pike anglers stay for the night, but you do so at your own risk, Lock your Car!
